Idem ES-P and ES-SS standard duty emergency stop switches are engineered to deliver robust emergency stop protection for machines or exposed conveyors and are applicable across nearly all industry sectors. These switches are available in plastic bodies with an IP67 rating or stainless steel 316 with an IP69K rating. They conform to ISO 13850, EN 60947-5-1, and EN 60947-5-5 standards. The design includes a special lid safety trip mechanism that ensures the safety contacts open when the lid is removed, enhancing anti-tamper measures. Additionally, button protection shroud versions feature padlock holes to facilitate "lock off" during maintenance. The switches utilize 3 pole contact blocks that provide positively operated switch contacts.
