Idem ESL-SS standard duty emergency stop switches are engineered to deliver reliable emergency stop protection for machines or exposed conveyors and are suitable for virtually all industry sectors. Constructed from stainless steel 316, these switches are rated IP69K, allowing them to be high-pressure hosed with detergents at elevated temperatures. They comply with ISO 13850, EN 60947-5-1, and EN 60947-5-5 standards. A unique lid safety trip mechanism ensures that the safety contacts will disengage if the lid is removed. Additionally, button protection shroud versions are available with padlock holes for "lock off" in maintenance situations, and an optional two-color LED feature enhances functionality.
