Idem ESL-SS standard duty emergency stop switches are designed to provide robust emergency stop protection for machines or exposed conveyors and are suitable for use within virtually all industry sectors. Constructed from stainless steel 316 (IP69K), these switches can withstand high-pressure washing with detergents at elevated temperatures. They conform to the standards of ISO 13850, EN 60947-5-1, and EN 60947-5-5. A special lid safety trip mechanism ensures that the safety contacts will open if the lid is removed, enhancing safety during operation. Additionally, the button protection shroud versions feature padlock holes for "lock off" in maintenance situations, with an optional two-colour LED available for enhanced visibility.
