Idem ESL-SS standard duty emergency stop switches are designed to provide robust emergency stop protection for machines or exposed conveyors and are suitable for use in virtually all industry sectors. These switches are constructed from Stainless Steel 316 (IP69K), allowing them to withstand high-pressure hosing with detergents at elevated temperatures. They conform to ISO 13850, EN 60947-5-1, and EN 60947-5-5 standards. A special lid safety trip mechanism ensures that the safety contacts will open if the lid is removed. Additionally, button protection shroud versions include padlock holes for "lock off" situations during maintenance, and an optional 2-colour LED is available for enhanced visibility.
