The Stainless Steel 316 Hygiecode range is specifically designed for non-contact guard door interlocking in food processing, pharmaceutical, packaging, and petrochemical industries. Made from Stainless Steel 316, this switch is suitable for CIP and SIP cleaning and can withstand high-pressure hosing at high temperatures (IP69K). With a wide 14mm sensing distance and high tolerance to misalignment, it features a mirror-polished finish to Ra4. The switch is designed in accordance with EHEDG guidelines for hygienic design and can be mounted on steel structures. It is suitable for environments requiring high levels of cleaning following contamination and comes with various types of mounting styles to cover different food contact levels as described by EHEDG.
