The Idem 131119 MMC-H coded non-contact switch-left features a 10m range with 2 normally closed and 1 normally open contact. Constructed from Stainless Steel 316, this switch is ideal for applications in food processing, pharmaceutical, packaging, and petrochemical industries. It is suitable for CIP and SIP cleaning, with the ability to withstand high pressure hosing at high temperatures (IP69K). The switch has a wide 14mm sensing range with high tolerance to misalignment and a mirror-polished finish to RA4. Designed in accordance with EHEDG guidelines for hygienic design, the switch can be mounted on steel structures and is versatile for use in various environments subject to high levels of cleaning. It is available with different mounting styles to cover different levels of food contact zones as described by EHEDG. The miniature industry-standard design allows for through-hole mounting on M4 clearance for front mounting by hexagon head bolts, making it suitable for food splash or food contact zones.
