The GLHD is a heavy duty safety rope pull switch designed to protect long conveyor lengths, featuring robust die-cast housings suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, including washdown with an IP67 rating. It can effectively cover lengths over 2 km with fewer than 20 switches, while a bi-color LED indicator allows for easy visibility of switch status from a distance. The device includes 4NC 2NO contacts, providing flexibility for various modern control applications, and optional explosion proof contact blocks are available. Additionally, it can accommodate shorter rope spans of up to 200m using just one switch, resulting in a cost-effective solution and reduced electrical wiring runs.
