The shin guard includes a knee guard, which is attached via a web and sponge rubber hinge, with a knee guard measuring 5-3/4 inches high, 6-1/4 inches wide, and 0.081 inches thick. The shin guard's full length is 27 inches, and it is designed to resist penetration by sharp tools. Additionally, the shin guard is attached to a 6-inch instep guard, also connected with a web and sponge rubber hinge, featuring an instep width of 5 inches and a full length of 20 inches. The entire instep is padded with 1/2-inch sponge rubber for comfort and shock absorption. This durable construction ensures that moisture will not cause deterioration.
