The foot guards are metal shields designed for maximum protection of the entire foot, including the instep and toes, against falling, rolling, or flying objects, as well as accidental tool blows. They can withstand an impact of 75 foot pounds and fit any shoe, incorporating options for 6" extra-large and 6-1/2" extra-large widths. These foot guards are lightweight for comfortable all-day wear and feature a rubber toe clip, crossbar, and a choice between a one-piece rubber strap with a tension buckle or a two-piece leather strap (LS) with a spring fastening device. The extra-large foot guards are available exclusively in aluminum alloy, while standard foot guards include a partial rubber sole (rubber toe clip) and offer the option of a steel toe clip (ST). Compliance with federal regulations ensures that the guards provide protection equal to ANSI-Z41 standards.
