The kit includes a guard made of aircraft quality aluminum alloy, designed for maximum resistance to impact and penetration. It features dimensions of 12" in height, 5" in width at the top, and 3" in width at the bottom. The guard has padded top and bottom attachments secured with 5/8" web straps to absorb shock and provide comfort. Additionally, moisture will not cause deterioration of the material. An aluminum shield is added to each side of the No. 400 guard, making it highly recommended for use around power tools that throw off materials, such as railroad power adzing machines.
