The toe guards are designed to fit any shoe, providing maximum toe protection without discomfort as they do not encase the toe. Weighing just 12 ounces, each guard is capable of withstanding an impact of 75 foot pounds, featuring a large safety factor. The width measures 4-1/2 inches for men and 4 inches for women. To maintain proper positioning, the guards are equipped with a rubber toe clip, crossbar, and either a one-piece rubber strap with a tension buckle or a two-piece leather strap with a spring fastening device.
