BSC Preferred's™ Series Dry Environment Explosion Proof Duct Fans are engineered to manage clean, dry air at temperatures up to 180°F, making them ideal for various applications such as removing fumes in paint spray booths, smoke extraction from welding operations, or supplying air for air make-up systems. The kit includes long-life maintenance-free sealed bearings, spark-resistant heavy-duty cast aluminum propellers, and an adjustable motor base to ensure optimal belt tension for extended belt life. The pulleys are constructed from rugged cast iron or turned steel, and industrial-grade motors are available in both single and three-phase explosion-proof configurations. Optional accessories include a belt guard, horizontal or vertical support brackets, a combination motor cover/belt guard, inlet or outlet guards, companion flanges, an inspection door, and horizontal support legs, all designed to meet OSHA compliance standards.
