BSC Preferred's™ Series Direct Drive Tube Axial Duct Fans are designed for operation in dry environments with a maximum temperature of 104°F, effectively removing fumes, dust, or smoke. These fans are suitable for applications such as air make-up systems where the motor must be located in the airstream and in harsh, dry settings when equipped with mill and chemical duty motors along with special coatings. The kit includes standard non-sparking cast aluminum propellers, while the fan housing features all-welded, heavy gauge steel construction. The fans are powered by high-quality industrial-grade motors available in single or three-phase configurations, with an option for 230/460V 1/2 or 3/4 HP motors. Optional accessories include companion flanges, horizontal support legs, both horizontal and vertical support brackets, inlet or outlet guards, an OSHA compliant inspection door, and epoxy or urethane coatings.
