Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for the power transmission industry, featuring significant advancements achieved through rigorous research and development, resulting in power ratings that surpass most belts of similar construction available on the market. The composition of the compounds is carefully selected to meet specific power ratings, providing advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range operating between -18°C and +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available for applications requiring compliance with specific safety standards. Primarily intended for use as replacements on industrial drives, these belts are particularly effective in special applications like V-flat drives and situations involving reverse idlers due to their reduced height.
