Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts introduced in the power transmission scenario, designed to achieve power ratings significantly higher than most belts with similar construction available in the market. The compounds used in their production are carefully selected to meet the required power ratings, providing advantages in increased power ratings and enhanced safety for critical drives. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can accommodate a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available for specific applications. Primarily, these belts serve as replacements on industrial drives, and classical belts are suggested for unique applications such as V-flat drives, where their design offers benefits in situations requiring reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
