Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts introduced in the power transmission sector, featuring advanced design achieved through extensive R&D efforts that result in power ratings significantly higher than most comparable belts. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to align with the required power ratings, providing advantages like increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available for specific applications. These V-belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, while classical belts are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives, offering advantages in setups where reverse idlers are employed due to their smaller heights.
