Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring a construction that allows for power ratings considerably higher than most belts available in the market. The compound's ingredients are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, offering distinct advantages in increased power and safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and have a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. Primarily, these belts are used as replacements on industrial drives, and the classical belts are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives and those that require reverse idlers due to smaller heights.
