Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission applications, featuring enhanced power ratings that surpass those of comparable belts on the market. The compound ingredients are specifically selected to align with the required power ratings, providing notable advantages in both increased power capacity and improved safety for critical drives. The belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range from -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available for applications requiring additional specifications. Primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, these classical belts are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives and are advantageous in scenarios where reverse idlers are needed, due to their reduced height.
