Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, achieving power ratings considerably higher than most belts with similar construction. The ingredients in the compound are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages in increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. These V-belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can handle maximum belt linear speeds of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. Primarily designed for use as replacements on industrial drives, the classical belts are particularly effective in special applications such as V-flat drives and advantageous for scenarios requiring reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
