Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, showcasing significantly higher power ratings than most belts of similar construction available in the market. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to meet the necessary power ratings, offering distinct advantages in increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. The belts have several key features including oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. These V-belts are primarily designed for use as replacements in industrial drives and are particularly recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives. They are advantageous in scenarios involving reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
