Pix-X'Set™-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, with power ratings considerably higher than most belts of similar construction available on the market. The compounds used are selectively chosen to match required power ratings, providing distinct advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. The V-belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. These belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, and classical belts are recommended for special applications like V-flat drives. They are also beneficial in scenarios where reverse idlers must be used, due to their smaller heights.
