Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for the power transmission industry, achieving power ratings significantly higher than most belts of similar construction available in the market. The compounds used in the manufacturing process are selectively chosen to meet the required power ratings, providing notable advantages in terms of increased power capabilities and safety in critical drive applications. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. Primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, these classical belts are particularly advantageous for special applications such as V-flat drives and situations that require reverse idlers due to their reduced height.
