Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring enhanced power ratings significantly higher than most belts of similar construction available in the market. Rigorous R&D has led to the development of a compound with selectively chosen ingredients that align with the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages in increased power ratings and improved safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can handle a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available, making them suitable for various industrial drive applications. They are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives and are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives and scenarios involving reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
