Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for the power transmission industry, featuring significantly higher power ratings compared to most belts with a similar construction. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to align with the necessary power ratings, delivering distinct advantages in increased power ratings and improved safety for critical drives. The belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can handle maximum linear speeds of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. These belts are primarily designed for replacement use in industrial drives, and classical belts are recommended for specific applications such as V-flat drives. Additionally, these belts are beneficial in scenarios that require reverse idlers due to their reduced height.
