Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring power ratings considerably higher than most belts of the same construction available in the market. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages in terms of increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can handle a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available, making them suitable for applications in industrial drives, particularly as replacements for classical belts in special applications like V-flat drives or where reverse idlers are needed due to smaller heights.
