Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for the power transmission market, featuring enhanced power ratings that surpass most belts of similar construction. The compounds used are specifically selected to optimize power ratings, providing advantages in safety for critical drives. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range from -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. Primarily utilized as replacements on industrial drives, these classical belts are also recommended for special applications, such as V-flat drives, and are advantageous in systems requiring reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
