Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, providing significantly higher power ratings than most belts of similar construction available on the market. The materials used in the compound are selectively chosen to match the necessary power ratings, resulting in notable benefits such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety for critical drives. Key features of the belts include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. These belts are primarily used as replacements in industrial drives and are especially recommended for unique applications like V-flat drives. They are also advantageous in scenarios requiring reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
