Pix-X'set®-XS are innovative V-belts designed for power transmission, featuring enhanced power ratings significantly higher than comparable belts on the market. The compound ingredients are carefully selected to ensure optimal performance, providing distinct advantages in both power ratings and safety for critical drives. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, capable of achieving maximum belt linear speeds up to 30 m/sec, and can operate within a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available for applications requiring special safety compliance. Primarily utilized as replacements in industrial drives, these classical belts are particularly effective in specialized scenarios, such as V-flat drives and applications that necessitate reverse idlers, owing to their reduced height design.
