Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, featuring enhanced power ratings that significantly exceed those of comparable belts on the market. The carefully selected compounds used in their construction provide distinct advantages, including increased safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can achieve a maximum linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available for specific applications. The Pix-X'Set®-XS belts are primarily used as replacements in industrial drives and are particularly effective in specialized applications such as V-flat drives and scenarios involving reverse idlers due to their reduced height.
