Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts specifically designed for the power transmission sector, featuring enhanced power ratings that surpass most belts of similar construction available in the market. The compound's ingredients are carefully selected to meet the required power ratings, resulting in increased safety on critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature operating range from -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available for applications requiring such specifications. These belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives and are particularly recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives and scenarios involving reverse idlers, due to their smaller heights.
