Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts introduced to the power transmission scenario, designed with advanced R&D to achieve power ratings considerably higher than most belts of similar construction available in the market. The carefully selected ingredients in the compound enhance power ratings and provide increased safety on critical drives. These V-belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available, making them suitable for a range of applications, primarily as replacements for industrial drives. The classical belts are particularly useful in special applications such as V-flat drives and scenarios where reverse idlers are utilized, thanks to their reduced height.
