Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, featuring power ratings significantly higher than most belts with a similar construction available in the market. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, providing benefits such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and capable of maximum belt linear speeds up to 30 m/sec, with an operational temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available for specific applications. Primarily, these belts serve as replacements on industrial drives, and their classical design is suitable for special applications like V-flat drives. Additionally, they are advantageous for use with reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
