Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, boasting significantly higher power ratings than comparable belts on the market due to advanced research and development. The compound used in their construction is specifically formulated to meet these elevated power ratings, providing enhanced safety for critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range from -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. These belts are primarily utilized as replacements in industrial drives and are particularly effective in specialized applications such as V-flat drives, where their reduced height offers advantages, especially when reverse idlers are employed.
