Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring a construction that allows for power ratings considerably higher than most competing belts. The ingredients in the compound are selectively chosen to meet the required power ratings, providing advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. The belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can achieve a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. These belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives and are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives, offering benefits where reverse idlers must be used due to their smaller heights.
