Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, leveraging advanced R&D to achieve power ratings considerably higher than most belts of similar construction available in the market. The carefully selected ingredients in the compound offer distinct advantages, including increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. These belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives and are particularly recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives. They are also advantageous where reverse idlers need to be utilized due to their smaller heights.
