Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, featuring significantly higher power ratings compared to conventional belts with similar construction. The specialized compound ingredients are tailored to meet the required power ratings, providing increased power capabilities and enhanced safety on critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and an operational temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. These belts are primarily utilized as replacements on industrial drives and are particularly beneficial in specialized applications such as V-flat drives and situations involving reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
