Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, offering significantly higher power ratings than most belts of similar construction available in the market, thanks to advanced research and development. The compound's ingredients are selectively chosen to meet the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages in increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can handle a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. Primarily, these belts serve as replacements for industrial drives and are also recommended for special applications like V-flat drives and scenarios involving reverse idlers, due to their smaller height.
