Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring enhanced power ratings well above typical belts of similar construction. The compounds are formulated with carefully selected ingredients to meet specific power ratings, providing advantages in both increased power output and enhanced safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available for applications requiring compliance with stringent safety standards. Primarily utilized as replacements on industrial drives, these classical belts are also suitable for special applications such as V-flat drives, and they are particularly advantageous in scenarios involving reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
