Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring an innovative design that enables power ratings considerably higher than most belts with the same construction available in the market. The compound's ingredients are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. The belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available for specific applications. Primarily, these belts serve as replacements on industrial drives, while classical belts are recommended for special applications like V-flat drives. Their design also benefits scenarios requiring reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
