Pix-X'set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, achieving power ratings significantly higher than most belts of similar construction available in the market due to advanced R&D efforts. The compounds used are selectively chosen to match required power ratings, offering distinct advantages such as increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. These V-belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can handle a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. Primarily used as replacements on industrial drives, these classical belts are also recommended for special applications like V-flat drives, and are particularly advantageous in scenarios involving reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
