Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, achieving power ratings considerably higher than most belts with the same construction available in the market. The compounds used are selectively chosen to ensure high power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range between -18°C and +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. These belts are primarily utilized as replacements on industrial drives and are particularly effective in special applications such as V-flat drives and scenarios where reverse idlers are employed due to their smaller heights.
