Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for the power transmission industry, featuring high power ratings that surpass most belts of the same construction available in the market due to advanced R&D efforts. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to enhance power ratings and provide increased safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available within this range. Primarily utilized as replacements in industrial drives, these classical belts are also recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives and are beneficial in configurations where reverse idlers are necessary, due to their reduced height.
