Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission, featuring significantly higher power ratings compared to most belts with similar construction available in the market. The compounds used are specifically formulated to match the required power ratings, providing advantages in both increased power ratings and enhanced safety for critical drives. These belts are oil resistant and antistatic, with a maximum linear speed of up to 30 m/sec and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. Primarily intended for use as replacements on industrial drives, these classical belts are also suitable for special applications such as V-flat drives, and they offer benefits in scenarios where reverse idlers are utilized due to their smaller height dimensions.
