Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, achieving power ratings considerably higher than most belts with the same construction available in the market. The ingredients used in the compound are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, offering distinct advantages in terms of increased power ratings and increased power of safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can handle a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, with a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. Primarily, they are used as replacements on industrial drives, and the classical belts are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives, benefiting situations where reverse idlers must be utilized due to smaller heights.
