Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, achieving power ratings significantly higher than most belts with similar construction available in the market. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to match required power ratings, offering distinct advantages in increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can accommodate a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec. They function effectively within a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. Primarily, these belts serve as replacements on industrial drives and are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives. They are particularly advantageous in scenarios where reverse idlers must be utilized due to their smaller heights.
