Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for power transmission applications, featuring significantly higher power ratings than most belts with similar construction available in the market due to advanced R&D. The compound ingredients are carefully selected to align with required power ratings, providing enhanced performance and safety for critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, and a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec. These belts operate within a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C, and ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. Primarily, they serve as replacements for industrial drives, while classical belts are suitable for specialized applications such as V-flat drives and situations involving reverse idlers due to their reduced height.
