Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts designed for the power transmission scenario, featuring significantly higher power ratings than most belts of similar construction on the market due to rigorous R&D efforts. The compound ingredients are selectively chosen to match required power ratings, offering advantages in increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. These belts are oil resistant, antistatic, and can achieve a maximum linear speed of 30 m/sec. They operate within a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C, and ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available. Primarily intended as replacements for industrial drives, these classical belts are recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives and are particularly advantageous where reverse idlers are used due to their smaller heights.
