Pix-X'Set®-XS are innovative V-belts designed for power transmission applications, boasting power ratings significantly higher than most belts of similar construction available in the market. These belts are engineered with carefully selected compounds that enhance performance, offering notable advantages in terms of increased power ratings and improved safety on critical drives. The key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range of -18°C to +80°C. ATEX certified FRAS belts are also available to ensure compliance with stringent safety standards. Primarily, these belts serve as replacements for industrial drives, while their classical design is suitable for special applications such as V-flat drives and scenarios involving reverse idlers, where their smaller heights provide a distinct benefit.
