Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, offering power ratings considerably higher than most belts with the same construction available in the market. The ingredients used in the compound are selectively chosen to match the required power ratings, providing distinct advantages in terms of increased power ratings and enhanced safety on critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range from -18°C to +80°C. Atex certified FRAS belts are also available. These V-belts are primarily used as replacements on industrial drives and are particularly recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives and situations where reverse idlers must be used due to their smaller heights.
