Pix-X'Set®-XS are the first V-belts to enter the power transmission scenario, featuring enhanced power ratings significantly higher than most competing belts with similar construction. These belts are formulated with selectively chosen compounds that align with the necessary power ratings, thereby providing increased safety for critical drives. Key features include oil resistance, antistatic properties, a maximum belt linear speed of up to 30 m/sec, and a temperature range from -18°C to +80°C. Additionally, ATEX certified FRAS belts are available. These V-belts are primarily utilized as replacements in industrial drives, with classical belts recommended for special applications such as V-flat drives, and are particularly advantageous in scenarios involving reverse idlers due to their smaller heights.
